The Retail Assistant works in a team and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. The Retail Assistant’s role includes efficiently processing customer transactions, merchandising shelves and pricing products accordingly and maintaining store appearance

Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.

Assist customers with inquiries and create a positive shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Restock, merchandise, and price products according to company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed professionally.

Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.

Support store promotions, campaigns, and special events.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Has an interest in health and wellness.

• Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work at and travel to all locations.

• Is representative.

• Has good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Is customer-oriented, helpful, and polite.

• Has a friendly and engaging personality.

• Is reliable and trustworthy.

• Has good listening skills.

• Has basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

• Is physically able to stand for extended periods, and lift and carry merchandise.

• Can work independently.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Is flexible.

• Has ample knowledge of offered products & services.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proficient in Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish, and English.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise when required.
