Trail Worker
For one of our primary client, we are seeking a dedicated Trail Worker to assist with trail maintenance and repair. Duties include maintaining trails, boardwalks, drainage systems, and related structures. Tasks involve digging, carrying materials, cutting brush, trimming and or removing drought-resistant vegetation (cacti, shrubs, and trees), moving and levelling of gravel and rocks, and safely using hand tools and power equipment.
This is physically demanding outdoor work in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions. Workers must be able to hike up to 7–8 hours per day carrying tools, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive manual labor.
The normal working hours are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, starting at 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. Applicants must follow safety guidelines, work well in a team, adapt to remote and rugged terrain, and have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
