We’re looking for a vibrant Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our promotional efforts, organize high-energy events, and make sure the world knows that Bugaloe is the place to be in Aruba.

What you will do:

• Marketing & PromotionLead Bugaloe’s social media presence – create engaging content and campaigns that capture our lively atmosphere
• Keep our website fresh and informative
• Handle Tripadvisor and online reputation management
• Promote special offers and group reservations
• Maintain key collaborations (e.g., PR contacts, tour operators, concierge desks)
• Represent Bugaloe at ATA and ATHA meetings with our General Manager

• Event PlanningBring the party! Organize events and themed nights like St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and more
• Create our annual calendar, and coordinate photoshoots and promotions
• Ensure every group booking goes off without a hitch – from first email to the final cheers

• A touch of AdminCreate offers for events
• Liaise with our team about updates and procedures
• Keep track of budgets and branded materials (menus, uniforms, print work, etc.)

Who you are:

• Energetic, organized, and full of fresh ideas
• Experienced in Online Marketing (social media and content creation skills are key!), and event planning
• Able to connect with people from all walks of life – locals, tourists, team members, and partners
• A proactive communicator who loves a well-run ship
• Fluent in English (Dutch and Papiamento are a plus)
