Have you always wanted to work at the nicest, biggest, and longest running triathlon and bike shop in Aruba? Are you that enthusiastic bike mechanic who assembles and repairs bikes for our customers to make sure they are back on the road or the trails as soon as possible? Then quickly read this vacancy!

What may your working day look like?

At 9.00 AM you walk into the store and we kick off with our daily team huddle. Then you get to work on the repairs that are scheduled for today.

Soon the first 'walk-ins' arrive. This means that between scheduled repairs you prepare a new bike for a waiting customer. Like all other bikes, this one also gets the maximum attention. After checking all vital points, you’ll go over it with a cleaning cloth. Great, because another customer can leave the shop satisfied on his new bike!

After your lunchbreak, the rest of the afternoon has as usual a lot of variety. Getting rental bikes ready for use, a service and a few more repairs. You end the day with a customer who comes in last-minute with a flat tire. You'll fix that. Fifteen minutes later he can happily continue his bike ride.

What do we ask from you?

• You have experience in the profession as a bikes mechanic and you have experience in repairing different types of bikes, or you are eager to learn the required skills;
• You treat customers the way you want to be treated yourself;
• You know that only working together results in success;
• You understand what customers want and respond to it;
• You are motivated to broaden your knowledge through online and offline training;
• You are flexible and available on part-time or full-time base. Working in the weekends is no problem for you;
• You just want to be one step better tomorrow than today!
