About the job:

The Visitor Experience Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervision and execution of the day-to-day visitor sales, the visitor experience process, management of nature conservation gift shop and management of E-commerce platform.

Job Requirements:

▪ Associates degree in business, hospitality, tourism or related field.

▪ Experience in visitor services, retail management and E-commerce.

▪ Good leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and guide a team effectively.

▪ Passion for nature and a deep commitment to conservation and sustainable practices.

▪ Excellent customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and the public.
