About the vacancy

TCM Group is looking for a male or female accountant with the following requirements:


●      Minimum experience of 2 years

●      Cash handling experience

●      Perfect mastery of MS Office, Word, Excel

●      Car driving license


Functions:


Review and daily control of our sales

Cash handling

In charge of the weekly deposits at the bank

Income monitoring

Preparation and sending of all the reports to the corporate accounting controller

Deliver the monthly documentation to the accounting firm

Payment to suppliers and taxes, tax calculation review

Revise daily movement reports

Small cash registers

Supervision of fixed assets and, sales and fixed assets

In charge of the commission sheet of all the therapist and salespeople

Sending the monthly payroll sheet to the accounting firm

In charge of the weekly registration in our Delfin system of all our company

Payment including the payroll

 

Speak fluent spanish and english
