We’re hiring a proactive Administrative Assistant (Logistics/Warehouse Support) to support our operations team. You’ll support administrative processes, assist with client communications, and help coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth daily workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day operations
• Assist with maintaining accurate records and internal systems
• Support scheduling and communication between clients, office staff, and the warehouse
• Help keep workflows organized, identifying issues and supporting adjustments when priorities shift
• Contribute to general administrative tasks and operational support as needed
