Position Summary

DHL Aruba is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with shipment inquiries, tracking requests, service information, and resolving issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and service information.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Process shipment documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with operations and courier teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide guidance on DHL products, services, rates, and shipping requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Mavo diploma or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Papiamento, and/or Spanish is an asset.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
