Facturista (Invoicing Clerk) – pick-up station (Office-Based)

Full-Time | 40 hrs/week

Responsible for assisting walk-in customers by processing orders, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate pricing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders at the counter
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices
• Verify pricing, quantities, and product details
• Provide direct customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with warehouse and cashier for order flow

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
