Responsibilities

• Perform standard Reservations Assistant duties
• Act as first point of contact for team operational questions
• Monitor workflow and assist with complex bookings
• Ensure accurate data entry and policy compliance
• Prepare basic reports (bookings, cancellations, pax counts)
• Support pricing updates, campaigns, and scheduling
• Train new team members and handle escalated inquiries
• Provide coverage during Supervisor’s absence
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum M.A.V.O. diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years in reservations or customer service (leadership experience preferred)
• Languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Papiamento
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, MS Office and booking platforms (e.g., FareHarbor), ability to train and mentor team members
