About the vacancy
Ensure a personalized VIP experience, manage check-in/out, special services, reservations, feedback collection, and coordination with other departments to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Advanced English (other languages are valued). Proficiency in Office suite, Oral and written communication fluency, Reliability and confidentiality, Conflict resolution, Analytical and reasoning skills, Excellent interpersonal relationships, Stress management and working under pressure, Teamwork, adaptability and multitasking skills.
