About the vacancy

Assist the Group Department with the production of Invoices for collection of payments and or the processing of Claims of Health benefits in Company Group plans for employees.

Communicate with corporate clients regularly and (primarily during payroll cycles) to arrange group plan census updates and administrative procedures with Head office and clients to complete production of accurate invoicing and payments. Work together with team members in the group department to ensure claims processing and payments to service providers.


Maintain an accurate filing system of the group plans managed by the company. Maintain good contacts with colleagues overseas in the


English language. assist with pricing and presentations of employee benefit group plans. Supervise assigned staff members.

Requirements:

MAVO/EPI with Accounting, Economics, Finance subjects and experience or EPI Excellent references. Should be comfortable with numbers. Advanced communication skills in the 4 local languages and friendly positive attitude.
