Warehouse Clerk

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming shipments and ensuring an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase or packing orders.

·        Offload shipments using a forklift (certification is a plus).

·        Report any damages, discrepancies, or defects to the Receiving Clerk.

·        Sort and organize pallets for each branch store for distribution.

·        Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space at all times.

·        Coordinate delivery or pickup schedules with store supervisors.

·        Assist in local deliveries in coordination with Salesclerks or Store Supervisors.

·        Communicate efficiently with office and store staff regarding incoming merchandise and delivery plans.

Requirements

·        EPB, MAVO diploma, or equivalent.

·        Previous experience in warehousing and shipment handling.

·        Forklift operation experience; certification preferred.

·        Knowledge of warehouse safety and regulatory standards.

·        Physically capable of lifting heavy boxes and standing for extended periods.
