Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting and Payroll Services Manager to join our Accounting Services team. At PKF, you will collaborate with experienced partners and managers, engage directly with clients, and contribute to impactful accounting assignments across a wide range of industries. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to accommodate your professional and personal aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping and data entry

• Execution of monthly and quarterly closings

• (Assisting with) the preparation of financial reports to support profit tax filings

• (Assisting with) the compilation of financial statements in accordance with Dutch GAAP

• Conducting financial analysis to support client decision-making

• Processing payroll (experience is preferred but not required)

• Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery

Candidate Profile

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, modern accounting firm

• Strong command of Dutch and English; proficiency in Papiamento and Spanish is an asset

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working in a digital environment; experience with QuickBooks Online, Celery, and Payroll Pro is a strong advantage
