Your Role

As a Tax Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced tax advisors, assisting with the preparation of tax returns, handling compliance tasks, and supporting clients across diverse industries. You’ll also gain exposure to tax advisory and planning projects, helping clients navigate complex tax regulations.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow into a trusted tax advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax objections and appeals.
• Conduct research and analysis on tax-related topics.
• Assist in identifying tax optimization and planning opportunities for clients.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive client service.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical team player who’s eager to learn and grow in the field of taxation. Ideal candidates will have:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship or work experience in tax, accounting, or audit).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Fiscal Law, or a related field.
• Strong command of Dutch and English; Papiamento and Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A responsible, client-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting or tax software is a plus.
