Wish Holding VBA is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Clerk to join our accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data-entry skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
