About the vacancy
We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Agents to market the following products: Individual Term Life with Savings account * Endowment * Whole Life Insurance polices, Whole life insurance up to 50,000 with no medical check. Furthermore you will be authorized to sell and support the administration of Group health and life insurance plans, earning a fixed commission for the lifetime of the plan. The Sales Agent is also entitled to sell Mortgage Loans offered by the company, earning a commission for every settled loan agreement (home, non-profit institutions or commercial). You have no limits on the volume of sales and we take care of all your taxes.
It is like having your own financial advice business with the most prestigious strategic partner available, a 185 years old company with more than 4,500 employees and present in more than 19 countries, the USA and Canada. Requirements At least 25 years of age and with sales/business driven attitude to reach your sales targets, earn attractive quarterly bonuses and giving the clients the best available financial advice and products to suit their life plans, needs and life ambitions.
Sales experience is a plus, complemented by ability to work in a positive and dynamic corporate family where the client is serviced in the best possible way, from day one. We require excellent references and a complete CV to evaluate your qualifications, skills, track record and experience. You have to be good with numbers. Your high school or MBO should have at least two subjects related to the the job (math or biology, or economy, management & organization, accounting etc.)
What We Offer For starters we have 6 month advance commission support, to be netted out with future commissions, to assure a minimum income during your first half year. Quarterly and Annual Bonuses are paid when reaching high persistency levels (payment performance) of your portfolio of clients and for reaching Sales quota (the target number of applications or Annual Premium revenue). We pay more than the 6% minimum premium of pension and have a complementary Health care plan to the AZV.

We have an employee share ownership plan (of Sagicor stock) for qualifying staff members after a vetting period and you can be a partial owner of the company. When reaching sales and revenue targets you can Participate in conventions and training events internationally.
