Responsibilities:

• Assisting the marketing department;
• Comply with the marketing strategy and implement and evaluate the marketing plan.;
• Setting up, analyzing, and adjusting marketing campaigns.
• Manage online channels (website, social and other channels).
• Find potential partners and make contacts;
• Analyzing marketing results;
• Content creation;
• Being proactive and creative in setting out incentives for promos and other marketing activities;
• Budget tracking;
• Keeping track of all costs and invoices, debtors to be shared with administration.

Requirements:

• A completed college education in the field of marketing and communications;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with social media & digital marketing;
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus;
• Experience with Canva, photoshop and possesses graphic design skills;
• Creative, proactive, showing initiative;
• Analytical thinking skills; ability to convert data into reports;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English language in word and writing. (Papiamentu is a Pre)
