Puesto: Asistente de Limpieza — Spa, Área Húmeda y Gimnasio
Resumen del puesto: Persona responsable de mantener limpias, ordenadas y desinfectadas las instalaciones del spa, área húmeda y gimnasio, garantizando un ambiente seguro, agradable e higiénico para clientes y personal.
Responsabilidades principales:
Limpieza y mantenimiento general del spa, área húmeda (sauna, vapor, jacuzzi) y gimnasio.
Aspirar, barrer y trapear pisos según procedimiento y frecuencia establecida.
Desinfectar superficies de alto contacto (manillas, equipos, bancas, interruptores, máquinas de ejercicio).
Limpieza y desincrustación de duchas, lavabos y sanitarios.
Manejo seguro de productos químicos de limpieza siguiendo instrucciones y fichas de seguridad.
Lavar, secar, doblar y almacenar toallas y textiles en la lavandería interna; controlar inventario de toallas limpias.
Reponer insumos (papel higiénico, toallas de manos, gel antibacterial) en áreas correspondientes.
Vaciar y limpiar contenedores de residuos; separar y disponer residuos según política (orgánicos, inorgánicos).
Informar inmediatamente al supervisor sobre desperfectos, fugas, moho, olor a humedad o cualquier riesgo para clientes.
Mantener y reportar el inventario de materiales y equipos de limpieza; solicitar reposición cuando sea necesario.
Cumplir horarios y rutinas de limpieza programadas; documentar tareas realizadas en checklist diario.
Atender con cortesía peticiones básicas de clientes relacionadas con limpieza y toallas, canalizando solicitudes complejas al personal de recepción o supervisor.
Participar en capacitaciones sobre higiene, seguridad y uso de equipos cuando se requiera.
Requisitos:
Actitud auto disciplinada, organizada y responsable.
Experiencia previa en limpieza de áreas húmedas, spa o gimnasio es deseable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Oversee and responsible for all the aspects of the day spa.
● Strong leadership skills.
● Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
● Coordinate programs, create staff schedules and delegate the staff.
● Coordinate briefings, monthly meetings with the staff.
● Handle conflicts or issues related to staff or customers.
● Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the
business at the spa.
● Having a big picture vision that allows you to identify future strategies
and trends, a keen eye for detail is essential.
● Build a positive business relationship with all internal and external
suppliers to meet common business goals.
● You must have a passion for the job.
Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience in cosmetology or
spa management, and love for the spa industry.
