Eduardo’s Hideaway is looking for an Experienced Barista to join our passionate team. If you love crafting beautiful coffee drinks, delivering warm and attentive service, and working in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere — we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do

As a barista at Eduardo’s Hideaway, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience — starting each day with great coffee, friendly energy, and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, smoothies, teas, and other beverages to perfection
• Greeting guests with a friendly, professional, and upbeat attitude
• Taking and processing orders quickly and accurately using the POS system
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the coffee bar and service area
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of every drink served
• Assisting with light food preparation when needed
• Supporting the team during busy hours — whether at the cashier, service counter, or floor
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating supply needs to management

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a coffee-focused role
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, brewing techniques, and milk texturing
• A guest-first attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and a calm, friendly presence under pressure
• Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• POS system experience is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of barista or hospitality experience
• Mavo, Havo or relevant hospitality/barista training preferred

Work Schedule:

Early morning shifts · Up to 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
