We’re seeking an Operations & Guest Services Coordinator to join our growing team and serve as the on-the-ground support for our properties across Aruba. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate property inspections, guest services, and day-to-day operations to keep our vacation rentals guest-ready and ensure our tenants and long-term clients are happy and well-supported. This position offers a mix of office and field work and is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and engaged with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections 
• Drive to various property locations to deliver supplies or assist with on-site tasks
• Handle light maintenance or coordinate repairs with external vendors
• Respond promptly to guest and tenant needs, on-site issues, and daily operational requests
• Assist with preparing contracts, viewings, and screening tenants.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all properties are stocked, clean, and fully functional
• Set up and maintain an excellent guest service experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Tech savvy
