Role Description

Based at our store in Oranjestad, the Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of the Gandelman experience. You will be responsible for delivering the personalized, high-touch service that has defined our reputation for over 90 years — welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect timepiece, piece of jewelry, or accessory from our world-class brand portfolio.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will build genuine connections with a diverse, international clientele — listening carefully, presenting tailored recommendations, and ensuring every client leaves with a memorable experience. You will manage inquiries, process transactions with care and accuracy, and follow up proactively to nurture long-term client relationships.

Working closely with your colleagues, you will contribute to both sales and service goals while maintaining accurate records in our systems and upholding Gandelman's standards and procedures at all times. You will also stay well-informed on our product collections, current promotions, and available aftercare and insurance options — so that every client receives clear, reliable, and confident guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role; luxury retail or hospitality is a plus
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with an international clientele
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Professional, polished presentation in line with luxury brand standards
• Organized and detail-oriented, with accurate handling of transactions and client records
• A team player who can also work independently
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Papiamento is a plus
• A genuine interest in fine watches, jewelry, and luxury accessories
• Open to learning and willing to travel for brand trainings or events when required
