Job Description:

We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to be the boots on the ground for our properties across Aruba. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is always on the move, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating property inspections and general operations to keep our vacation rentals guest-ready, and to ensure our tenants and long-term clients are happy and well-supported.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine property inspections before and after guest stays, as well as regular checks for properties under management
  • Drive to various property locations to deliver supplies or assist with on-site tasks
  • Handle light maintenance or coordinate with vendors for repairs
  • Respond promptly to guest or tenant needs, on-site issues, and daily operational tasks
  • Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain organized records and help keep all properties stocked, clean, and fully functional


Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working in the field and being hands-on
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Energetic, personable, and professional in dealing with guests, tenants, and vendors
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
  • Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management is a plus
  • Being handy or having maintenance experience is a strong bonus, but not required
