We are seeking a service‑driven F&B Supervisor to support daily operations, lead service teams, and ensure quality, financial, and hygiene standards are met.

Key Duties

• Support daily F&B, banqueting, and event operations
• Supervise staff attendance, rosters, and service standards
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff
• Manage stock, cash handling, sales reports, and revenue
• Handle guest feedback and ensure hygiene and HACCP compliance

Requirements

• EPI Hospitality Diploma or 2+ years’ relevant experience
• Fluent in English, Spanish & Dutch
• Service‑oriented with leadership skills
• Valid Health Card
• Flexible to work different shifts
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
