We are seeking a reliable Cafeteria Cook to prepare daily meals and maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization.

Key Duties

• Prepare and cook daily staff meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Assist with basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, assembling meals)
• Ensure timely replenishment of food items on the service line
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Monitor and store food properly, ensuring correct labeling and rotation (FIFO)
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
• Support stock control by minimizing waste and reporting shortages
• Clean utensils, equipment, and workstations after use
• Provide friendly and professional service to employees
• Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements based on employee feedback.
• Support other kitchen operations (prep work, cleaning, basic production tasks) when needed.

Requirements

• EPB Culinary Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Papiamento required
• Valid Health Card
• Flexible to work different shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
