The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, overseeing sales performance, team leadership, inventory control, and customer experience. It is a leadership-focused position centered on planning, performance management, and delivering strong business results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs; set goals and implement action plans to drive sales results.
• Set and uphold store standards across sales, merchandising, housekeeping, asset management, and associate conduct.
• Build outstanding customer relationships and champion a customer-first culture across the entire team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates, managing performance and fostering growth with decreasing levels of direct supervision.
• Analyze the store's Profit and Loss statements to identify opportunities, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate product performance insights to relevant business partners.
• Ensure all store operations — including register functions, inventory control, pricing, and special orders — are conducted with integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales experience and a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a management role.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), POS software in general, and possess general computer skills.
• Flexible work schedule and regular attendance is necessary.
