About the Job

Gandelman is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven leader to join our team as a Store Manager.

As Gandelman Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation and sales performance of the store, reporting directly to the Store Operations Manager. You will lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, drive business growth, and ensure every client receives the world-class luxury experience that Gandelman is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed targets and KPIs
• Develop and implement proactive sales and business development strategies
• Partner with Operations Manager to implement CRM and clienteling initiatives to grow and retain a loyal client base
• Champion a luxury-level experience across every client interaction
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team through regular meetings and performance reviews
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where every team member has a voice
• Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures
• Safeguard full compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures
• Act as a Gandelman Brand Ambassador, upholding our values and professional standards at all times

Requirements

• Brings a positive, can-do mindset and attitude to every situation
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and adapts with ease
• Skilled at motivating, coaching, and developing team members
• Proactive in analyzing business data to identify opportunities and drive results
• Flexible and open to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when needed
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidence
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous management experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality
