We are seeking a reliable and experienced Garage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Garage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and coordinate the activities of garage staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

·        Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles and equipment.

·        Manage vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

·        Maintain accurate records of all service work performed and parts used.

·        Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring they stay up-to-date with new techniques and technologies.

·        Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

·        Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace standards.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a Garage Supervisor or similar role in the industry.

·        Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.

·        Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·        Relevant qualifications in the industry or related fields are a plus.

·        A valid driver’s license
