Who You Are

• You have solid experience in gardening and plant care.
• You know your plants and can identify them with ease.
• You’ve worked with outdoor plants and are ready for a new challenge.
• You’re hands-on, proactive, and take pride in your work.
• You're a team player who can also work independently.
• You speak Papiamento and English (additional languages are a plus).
• You have a commercial mindset and strong customer service skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with plant purchases and provide care advice.
• Maintain correct price labeling and ensure your section is always organized and presentable.
• Care for the plants in your section: watering, pruning, monitoring health, using fertilizers and pesticides when necessary, and (re)potting.
• Support colleagues in other sections when needed.
• Handle light lifting and contribute to keeping the garden center clean and orderly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager or General Manager.
• Report directly to the Assistant Manager.
