We are looking for a service‑oriented PBX / Front Office Clerk to support front desk operations and provide excellent guest service.

Key Duties

• Handle guest check‑in/check‑out, walk‑ins, and PBX calls
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, VIPs, and special requests
• Assist guests with information, complaints, and service coordination
• Process cashiering, payments, postings, and reports
• Follow front office, security, and service procedures

Requirements

• EPB or MAVO Diploma
• Experience preferred but not required
• Fluent in English, Spanish & Dutch
• Strong computer and customer service skills
• Flexible to work different shifts
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
