Integrated Security Services is recruiting highly motivated candidates to join our elite Tourism Security Patrol Aruba (TSPA) team. This is a demanding and rewarding role, designed for individuals who meet the highest standards of discipline, fitness, and integrity.

Your Role:

As a TSPA Officer, you will be responsible to protect the High & Low Rise Tourist Areas and Beach during foot and bike patrols. You will work in environments where alertness, professionalism, and customer friendliness are of great importance.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 23 years
• Clean Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
• Excellent health with BMI below 24.9
• Physically fit and able to pass a Sports Test
• Strong communication skills (English required; Dutch, Papiamento, or Spanish is a plus)
• High level of discipline, integrity, and responsibility
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Military, law enforcement, or security background is preferred but not required
