As a vacation rental reservations & operations associate, you are the voice and the face of the company! You assist potential guests in finding the best suitable accommodations in our wide portfolio of luxury properties. In the hours of the afternoon you will welcome our guests and assist them during their stay so they can bring home the greatest memories of their Aruba vacation!

Your duties will consist of answering phone calls and emails, processing reservations, inspecting vacation rental properties, and you will be checking guests in.

Requirements We are looking for someone that:

•Has excellent English writing & speaking skills, and at good knowledge of the Spanish language both written and verbal

•Has HAVO/MBO education and at least 2 years of working in hospitality

•Is very guest service oriented.

•Has a great eye for detail and is hands-on

•Is humble yet has an outgoing personality

•Is willing to work weekends & Holidays

•Can work well within a team and is willing to assist others.

•Has his/her own transportation
