• Support Entrepreneurs: Provide expert guidance on business plans, growth strategies, and financial planning. 
• Evaluate Business Potential: Assess and report on the feasibility, creditworthiness, and growth potential of businesses. 
• Manage Risk: Oversee cases of payment arrears and ensure financial sustainability of the portfolio. 
• Enhance Service Quality: Contribute to streamlining processes and improving customer experience. 
• Lead Business Programs: Assist in initiatives such as entrepreneurship training and small business development programs. 

What You Bring to the Table 

• A passion for entrepreneurship and small business development. 
• Strong business acumen and the ability to evaluate financial and strategic business plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Experience in portfolio management, credit assessment, or financial services. 
• The ability to analyze market opportunities and create targeted strategies. 
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams. 
• Experience engaging with financial institutions and business organizations.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Background in business advising, finance, or entrepreneurship. 
• Knowledge of the small business ecosystem. 
• Familiarity with Aruba’s business landscape. 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
