WOK COOK (FULL-TIME)

·        As a Wok Cook you will ensure all produce is prepared/cooked ready for service.

·        The menu has an Asian influence so you will ideally have experience of working with Oriental styles of cooking, however full training will be provide.

·        Responsible for knowing how to work all kitchen stations proficiently

·        Must have knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures

·        Comply with any reasonable request by management

·        Wok cooking activities are performed as needed during the shift to ensure execution and make times are met

Requirements:

·        Able to work shifts, weekend and holidays

·        Ability to prepare foods to a high standard and also the ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes by the standard

·        Good physical requirements
