We’re looking for a dynamic Boat Mate who is safety-focused, service-minded, and ready to create unforgettable experiences on board of the boats from De Palm Tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Boat Mate on board
• Serve as bartender and snack provider to guests
• Provide snorkeling lessons & guided tours
• Deliver engaging entertainment and tour information
• Assist with welcome & safety briefings
• Ensure guest safety at all times (head counts & in-water supervision)
• Perform routine boat maintenance & minor dry dock repairs
• Provide First Aid/CPR when necessary
• Follow company policies & safety procedures

Key Requirements:

• Minimum E.P.B. or equivalent
• Kleinvaarbewijs (required)
• Green Card (is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience on various types of boats
• Familiar with water activities and comfortable assisting guests in the water
• Speak and write English, Papiamento and Spanish; Dutch is a plus
