Eduardo’s Hideaway is seeking an Experienced Cashier to join our warm and professional team. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and love providing excellent guest service in a welcoming and refined setting, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As a cashier at Eduardo’s Hideaway, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures every guest’s visit ends as smoothly as it begins. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handling all transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Processing payments (cash, credit cards, and other methods) with attention to detail
• Assisting guests with questions about the menu, takeout orders, or general information
• Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting cashier station
• Assisting in closing duties, including cash reconciliation and daily reports
• Providing support across the restaurant when needed, including at the bar or front desk

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting or cash-handling procedures
• Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cashier or hospitality experience
• Mavo, Havo or relevant hospitality or accounting training preferred

Work Schedule:

Early morning shifts · Up to 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
