Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival, check-in, and boarding
• Manage guest flow during busy periods and support smooth operations
• Perform walk-in ticket sales and handle cash, credit card, and voucher transactions accurately
• Provide information about island activities, dining options, rules, and upgrades
• Support guest engagement on the island, including VIP services and special groups
• Use digital tools for check-in, scanning, and guest feedback
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver service with a genuine smile

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum M.A.V.O or equivalent
• Experience: At least 1 year in tourism; guest service experience is a plus
• Languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Papiamento (Portuguese is a plus)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
• Responsible cash handling and basic sales skills
• Team player with problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking to groups
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Willingness to learn and use digital and CRM tools
