We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to work inside a well-known organization in Aruba. You will be stationed indoors, ensuring the safety and order within the premises. It is important that you remain focused, professional, and attentive at all times. This position is from Monday to Friday, from 8 A.M. to 4.30 P.M.

Main tasks:

• Monitor the main lobby, entry points, and internal security systems.

• Control and log who enters and exits the building.

• Stay alert for any suspicious behavior or security concerns.

• Perform regular indoor patrols of the premises, including offices, hallways, and public areas.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or alarms.

• Assist employees, clients, and visitors in a courteous and respectful manner.

• Complete clear and accurate incident or shift reports.

• Be a calm and visible presence to prevent disturbances or breaches.

What we're looking for:

• Age: 25 to 45 years old.

• Education: Minimum MAVO.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in security, preferably in a professional environment.

• Able to stand or walk for extended periods indoors.

• Well-groomed with a clean, professional appearance.

• Able to stay calm under pressure and react quickly if needed.

• Language: Must speak Papiamento and English. Must also be able to understand Dutch and Spanish.

• Punctual, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
