Responsibilities

• Manage the Supervisory team in charge of Policy Administration, Death Claims, Cash operations, Accounts Payable, and the administration staff in the branches of the company.
• Support Regulatory Reporting team
• In charge of HR & Payroll administration supervision
• Supervise Employee benefits Group plans administration
• Assist with any other activities to ensure business continuity and development

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude to fit in the team
• At least 5 years of experience in related activities and supervision.
• Educational background: Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance or Accounting. Master's degree is a plus
• Excellent references.
