We are looking for a driven Assistant Financial Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the Financial Controller in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while helping drive financial accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury activities
• Supervise and guide junior finance team members (if applicable)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
