Role Description

The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee and manage daily front desk operations, ensuring guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries professionally, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• EPI Hospitality & Tourism Diploma or similar
• At least 2 years of previous experience as a Supervisor or as a Senior Front Desk Agent
• Strong Supervisory Skills to efficiently lead and support the front desk team
• Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in resolving issues and handling guest needs with professionalism
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Experience with Hotel POS systems
