About:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and customer-service oriented person to work for bellman.This is a part-time position, and applicants must be available to work every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

·        Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.

·        Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.

·        Escort guests to their rooms and explain resort facilities and amenities.

·        Handle guest luggage safely and professionally.

·        Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage.

·        Basic English skills (additional languages are an asset).

·        Reliable, punctual, and available to work every Saturday.

·        Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

·        Dutch nationality or hold a valid work permit

·        Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, & Papiamento

·        Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively

·        Positive attitude

·        Team player
