About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Member Experience to join Iberostar The Club Joia Aruba. This role is responsible for leading the operations, logistics, and overall member experience of our exclusive Club program. You will oversee, train, and supervise the Star Prestige team, ensuring exceptional service standards and creating memorable experiences that enhance member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations and logistics of Iberostar The Club Joia Aruba.
• Manage, train, and supervise the Star Prestige team.
• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
• Implement strategies to optimize processes and elevate the member experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless guest service.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement improvements when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or International Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar management position.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality service.
