297 Farm is a pioneering hydroponic farm in Aruba, and we’re looking for a dedicated Farm Assistant to help us push the boundaries of sustainable farming!

What You’ll Do:

Take part in the daily operations of our advanced semi-closed greenhouse and high-tech hydroponic systems.

Perform essential tasks such as seeding, transplanting, harvesting, post-harvest handling, packaging, and maintaining accurate records.

Uphold strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure consistent quality.

Collaborate closely with the Farm Operations Team to fulfill delivery orders and maintain exceptional product standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Motivated and dependable individuals eager to contribute to the success of a commercial hydroponic farm.

Quick learners who can adapt to different situations and follow instructions effectively.

Physically able to lift at least 30 pounds and willing to work weekends or holidays when needed for special events.

Team-oriented people who are humble, teachable, enthusiastic, and hardworking.

A minimum of a MAVO/EPB diploma is required.
