Are you ready to steer your career toward adventure? De Palm Tours is looking for a skilled and service-minded Captain to join our team and pilot the ferry between the mainland and De Palm Island, one of Aruba’s most unique attractions!

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers, staff, and goods between the mainland and De Palm Island.
• Perform routine engine checks and basic maintenance.
• Navigate ocean and weather conditions with confidence.
• Ensure passenger safety and provide friendly, informative service.
• Assist with food transport following HACCP standards.
• Keep the vessel clean, organized, and always inspection-ready.
• Manage safety equipment, documents, and daily checklists.

Requirements:

• Minimum E.P.B. 
• License: Kleinvaarbewijs (required). Experience: 2+ years as a captain with solid ocean/weather knowledge.
• Languages: English, Spanish & Papiamento (Dutch is a plus!)
• Skills: Service-minded, flexible, customer-focused, team player, excellent swimmer, and quick problem solver with a positive attitude.
