The Maintenance Man will perform tasks such as painting, HVAC installations, grounds handling, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Requirements • Minimum EPB technical graduate or equivalent. Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus • Minimum 2 years of proven in maintenance processes and methods. • Must be proficient in English, Papiamento, Dutch and Spanish is a plus. • Experience of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems is a plus. • Experience working with tools, common appliances, and devices. • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
