Efficiently and accurately processes member orders by ensuring the transfer and accurate scanning of merchandise. Enters transactions into the register, collects payment and makes change when necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain courteous member service at all times while monitoring a smooth flow of members through the registers. • Enter and verify credit/debit card transaction. • Promote the sale of membership and renewals. • Responsible for offering our Cobranded Credit Card and increasing the amount of dual credit cardholders in the country by promoting our credit card’s benefits. Requirements Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail environment. • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork. • Excellent math skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Knowledge of Windows operating system and AS400. • Proficient in English and/or Spanish languages (written and verbal).
