Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes and resolves hardware problems on computer systems; performs hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and support.
• Provides technical assistance to computer users.
• Provides technical assistance, support and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications failures and conflicts.
• Evaluates existing computer systems hardware and submits system upgrading recommendations to management.
• Installs, integrates, customizes and tests new systems and hardware.
• Provides technical guidance, assistance and maintenance support to end users as requested on diverse software applications, operating systems and hardware systems; maintains a high standard of customer service in dealing with and responding to users questions.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art computer technology, equipment and systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate.
• Works on an “On-Call” basis as per schedule
• Help set and maintain “Electronic Use Policy” and other information security issues
• Use company reporting and tracking tools as required

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPI Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
• Knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware, applications and networks
• Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware and peripherals
• Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of computer hardware and software problems
• Great computer skills
• Service oriented
• Can work "On-Call" as needed
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
