At Comfort Rentals Aruba, we are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented and reliable Operations Coordinator. In this role, you ensure that every guest experience runs smoothly—from check-in to check-out—and that all operational and maintenance processes are executed at the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing on-site guest support
• Inspecting units before and after each stay to ensure quality standards
• Performing light maintenance and coordinating repair tasks when needed
• Liaising with cleaning and maintenance partners to ensure smooth operations
• Handling reservation-related tasks (confirmations, updates, and guest communication)
• Supporting daily operational processes such as inventory control and unit preparation

Who you are

• Service-minded, friendly, and strong in communication
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
• Practical and technically skilled, with maintenance experience
• Flexible with working hours (including evenings and weekends)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
• In possession of own transportation
