Job Summary:

The Invoice Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices for the company
• Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed
• Attend Counter
• Customer Service
• Cashier

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma of equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
